Rick Clemons

Life Coach, Enjoyment Coach, Relationship Coach

I support individuals and organizations by helping them escape their bullshit, explore their fears, and elevating their f*cking self-expression. I do this by helping everyone identify their closets so that they become empowered to BE BOLD and fearlessly step into their power, their calling. I'm a motivational speaker, podcaster (The Coming Out Lounge), author (Frankly My Dear I'm Gay and the forthcoming book UNCLOSETED), and life coach.

How I can help

I help people and corporate cultures get comfortable in their discomfort so that they can implement radical change, address the taboo's of life and business, and rise above comparing themselves to others or living by other people's expectations. I use a three step process - Escape, Explore, Elevate - to have the tough talks, explore reality, identify honest desires, and to implement a "let's stop f*cking around plan!"

Who I work with

Entrepreneurs, Millennials, Conscious Corporations, LGBTQ Individuals

I felt like my life was on cruise control. Moving, but no real direction, or not a particularly fulfilling one. I was a little fearful about looking deep into my life to see why I was stuck, but the thought of continuing to be stuck was worse. I signed up for the Confident “U” Process, completed the online assessment and within a week, Rick was providing me with powerful insights about my “victim” mentality, and how to use it to my advantage and to rid myself from it’s clutches. In a short amount time through Rick’s coaching and the Confident “U” Process, I’m focused on who I am, where I want to go, and extremely excited that things are starting to look pretty damn good!

I never understood what a “life coach” was before meeting you. Even after we started working together, it was hard to pinpoint. These days, it’s easy. When some asks me, the response is always something to the tune of… “He’s basically a safari guide for my dream hunting. Whenever I hit a roadblock, he knows exactly which questions to ask.. to help me find the answers I already knew, but had buried.” Thank you. You mean more to me than you will ever know. Blake J.
