When I started at CIO at Harvard Medical School, I quickly realized the need to create a more open, collaborative, and inquisitive culture. Having worked with Glenn before, I didn’t hesitate to bring him in as a consultant. And what a spectacular job he did! The event was a huge success and exceeded my (high) expectations. Glenn brought in his deep knowledge and great organizational skills, but most importantly a deep passion for and a true commitment to transformative my organization.

- Rainer F – Chief Information Officer at Harvard Medical School

Having never experienced coaching before engaging CDG, I didn’t know what to expect, in terms of benefits or potential for outcomes. The benefits I received extended to established goals, as I gained traction and confidence about actions that I could take in order to achieve those things I deemed important. There were circumstances where I felt limited by my own thinking, and it was through analyzing my thoughts and ideas with a coach, that I was able to create realistic action plans.
