My name is Eileen Mansfield and I am a Certified Professional Life Coach and hold a certification in Energy Leadership as well as an ACC  credential with the International Coach Federation. I am an active facilitator for Common Ground, a center for grieving children teens  and their families. I am presently the active secretary for shore speakers international. I  have owned and operated my own salon for over 10 years and have been working with people one on one for over 30 years.

How I can help

A happy healthy life requires balance. As a certified professional coach, my goal is to assist you in a thought provoking and creative process that will inspire you to maximize your personal and professional potential. I will be your partner as we uncover energy blocks that may be keeping you from attaining goals, realizing your dreams, and understanding your life’s purpose. The power in the core energy coaching process lies in the synergy or relationship between coach and client. I approach this awesome responsibility from a place of non-judgement and I stand ready to walk along side you on this journey. Finally and most importantly, I firmly believe that you are far wiser and posses greater potential than you may realize. It is my honor to assist you.

Who I work with

I work with individuals, couples and families.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Eileen for the past two years. Never before have I experienced a relationship where I have felt so safe to truly explore some of my deepest thoughts, concerns and at times outright fears! Her unique ability to listen to, and guide me through my story while weeding out those parts that no longer serve me, provides me with an incredible sense of inner strength that continues to be life altering.

I found myself with too many competing demands on my time and no way to successfully deal with everything. After taking the Energy Leadership Index assessment and meeting with Eileen I have learned how to put everything into perspective and develop a strategy on how I approach my work life and my home life. Things have become more manageable and I face things with a new, positive outlook.
